After years of watching Masterchef Australia, we were desperate to get at least a little piece of ZUMBO! So while we were in Sydney, we found our chance at The Star.
We decided to go for the failsafe Macarons. There were a vast selection of Macarons cooked that day, but we went for Salted butter caramel on toast and milkshake. ($2.5 each) They were soft with a crunchy skin all around. The insides were delicious and it all disappeared far too quickly. We think these were the best Macarons we tasted in Australia by a long way. (but Laduree might be better)
